a collage of movement, noise, and light. three relationships tell their story, twisting and overlapping though time, to challenge our capacity for duration. this fragment journey researches the often unfulfilled human craving to take time, process with honesty, stay a while, or stay a little longer.

The process of loving and hurting the ones closest to us is explored vicariously through the process of feeling a pummelo fruit--a large grapefruit originating from Southeast Asia which bears sweet, tart, and fragrant fruit, protected by many layers of flesh. How is the flesh when full and how can it be emptied? Peel, pick, press, pull, pound, pierce, unveil.
